See it in action
Onboarding, meal planning, progress charts and more — a look at every screen.
A food database that's actually complete
Search 23,000+ foods pulled from official US, UK, Australian and Canadian government nutrition data. Results are instant — no waiting on a server round-trip to log a banana.
Log by voice or barcode, free
Describe what you ate out loud and it's parsed automatically, or scan a barcode for packaged food — typing it in by hand is just one option among several. (AI plate-photo scanning is a paid Pro feature — see below.)
Macros, water, weight and exercise in one place
Log calories and macros alongside water intake, body weight, exercise and steps, and see it all as clean trend charts — so you can spot what's actually happening over weeks, not just a single noisy day.
A calorie target that adjusts with you
As your logged weight trend changes, CalorieToday notices and offers to recalibrate your daily target — instead of leaving you on a stale number from week one.
A meal plan you don't have to think about
Every day gets a suggested Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack sized to hit your calorie and macro targets, filtered to your diet type — vegetarian, vegan, low-carb, keto or paleo. Tap "Log It" and it's on your day.
Motivation that doesn't feel gimmicky
Streaks, badges, XP and simple daily quests keep logging consistent — the single biggest predictor of long-term results — without turning your health data into a game of guilt.
Privacy-first, and backed up when you want it
Your data lives on your device first — no ad-tech dossier, just your numbers, under your control. Cloud sync backs it up across devices, and a CSV export is always one tap away for a spreadsheet, doctor, or nutritionist.
